Famous for its quality, and for sure, lots of furnitures can be made using this gargantuan tree! It also representing Malaysia's forest, how wonderful! Wow!!! in my own words i would describe this tree as so big ,so tall and already old because it is believed 1,300 years old now.as i know chengal is very hard and expensive wood and it has the best quality especially for making furniture.i think all of us must take care of this natural heritage for our next generation on the other hand it also can be a tourism attraction...

pappy, the oldest and largest cengal tree is the amazing tree and inspiration of the local people especially in the Pasir Raja village.
i suggest u to write about Chemerong waterfall.it is the one of the higher waterfall in the Malaysia and record in the Malaysia book of record.it have seven stage of the waterfall and beautiful scenery on the top of the waterfall.so i hope pappy can write about that.

For your information,at Kuala Kangsar,there have a largest and oldest rubber tree.
It is the first tree that was brought in Malaysia.
Talk about cengal tree,near my village there have a village called Kampung Chengal Jantan and this my grandmother's village.
I was told by my grandmother about the history of kampung Chengal Jantan.It quite interesting to know about the history of kampung Chengal Jantan.:)
